Strength training is also is one of the best measures you can take to ensure you live a longer healthier life.

As we age our bones become more brittle, our body fat increases, our metabolism slows and our muscle mass decreases. We lose the ability to move and it becomes a self-perpetuating cycle of damage to our bodies.

One of the best things you can do is strength train and here is why.
